i <3 Aninuan Beach
Okay..so..after last night, we are now ready to island hop. We wanted to wake up early, but due to the effect brought to us by the Mindoro Sling, we failed to do so. Some friends (duhh!! friends?!) invited us to join them in their very own discovery of the Lagoon somethin, but we opted to do our own thin'.
Like I said in my previous photo album..this ain't the furst time I'm here in Puerto Galera. This is actually my fifth. But I've never been to this place. I've been encounterin this beach in some books and got very interested to be here. I told myself the next time I'll go to Galera..I will REALLY visit this beach. And that's what I did. In the books I read, it said you can reach this beautiful beach by foot in less than twenty minutes or by tricycle in 5 minutes. Some of the locals advised us to just walk by the rocks so we can save some money. We decided to do otherwise. The locals we asked said the fare is only P10 to P20 each. But the tricycle driver asked for a whopping P100!! Tsk!! Tsk!! He really took advantage of us since he knows that we do not know the way to get there. But it turned out that he himself was not familiar.
Anyways..the amount we paid was nothin compared to the relaxation we got from this beach. There were not much resorts here compared to White Beach. I guess that's the reason this place is very relaxing and peaceful. There were not much people either..so this place is really untouched. We only stayed for two or three hours and decided to go back in the afternoon to catch the sunset, since our stomachs were already askin for food..LOL!! We also decided to catch some sleep after lunch since we don't want to swim and get toasted in the heat of the sun.
We didn't mind paying more than the real amount to the tricycle driver ..but we decided to cross the rocks in going back to White Beach.
